Former Pittsburgh Steeler defensive lineman, holder of two Super Bowl rings is tackling a new chapter...
Brett spent 13 seasons with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He was a captain, Pro-Bowler and helped them to reach 3 Super Bowls, winning 2 championships. When he decided to hang up his cleats he wanted to share his passion for the outdoors, his experience with the Pittsburgh Steelers and how it shaped him on his road to success. With this strong foundation, Brett created Mighty Oak Adventures (MOA). He reveals stories from the gridiron about communication, leadership, and teamwork and how they can relate to the corporate environment.
Brett grew up in a small town in Wyoming
Brett’s great-grandparents started the ranch life back in the early 1900’s. It was a tradition the family passed on through generations. The main catalyst of owning and maintaining a farm is hard work. There was plenty of it to keep their family busy— throwing hay bales, cutting wood and digging ditches was great training. These lessons and experiences became the initial building blocks for his achievements.
