“When Mascaro was first approached by Brett Keisel to participate in a 2 day team building excursion that included clay shooting and fly fishing in the mountains I definitely was not excited or enthusiastic about the concept. I do not hunt or fish and do not consider myself to be an outdoorsman. However, my 3 sons wanted to try something different for our company’s executive retreat so I decided to participate.
The sylvan setting and serene atmosphere at The HomeWaters Club, in Spruce Creek Pennsylvania and The Mighty Oak Adventures Team created a special environment where everyone listened to each other and contributed to create robust and scintillating dialogue. This special atmosphere not only occurred in our formal meetings but also extended to our fireside chats in the evening and at meal time.
